Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all brand tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy on returns is 14 days and hence you can demand a refund within 24 days of receiving your product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • No restocking fees are charged.

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, see it through your window and call us immediately in the event of a break, damage, and wrong item. We will investigate the matter and correct the situation.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items.

Sale returns and gift cards are not acceptable.

Exchanges

The fastest thing to do was to send back what you had, and then purchase the new one for which the return was accepted.

Lost packages

In case of losing the package in transit, we will be happy to replace the order provided that you have entered the right address during checkout. Unless you demand a refund, we will wait 30 days and refund you in case the package is not received. The order will be checked by our customer-service team after every week of two weeks and updated.

Refunds

We will give you a notification once we get and check the return and the permission to get the refund. In case of approval, you will get a refund on the method of payment that you used initially in a span of 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require a long time to put the money back on your account. In case the return had taken over 10 business days after we accepted it, email  support@celestericci.com

Cancellations

One may cancel the orders within 24 hours free of charge. Then, in case the order is shipped, proceed with the process of return.
